Arizona Concours at the Biltmore

January 24th, 2016

This was a big, all hands on deck day at the Concours for Cyberitas.  Lucia said she'd watch Logan and Lily so Lorin could be in the hospitality room with the team at the Biltmore.

Lucia, Logan and Lily went to the show when it warmed up - arriving around 10:30.  Big learning curve about getting us all out the door, looking good, with equipment, food and toys for several hours.  It took a full 30 minutes from the first trip to the car to actually getting in the car to go. Whew.

But it was worth it.

Logan met Lyn St James, a world famous Formula One driver.  The first female Formula One driver!

While Lily took a nap, Luna and Logan walked around the cars.  He picked out a car or two.  He wasn't sure if the cars were for him or his dinosaurs.

We met up with their "cousin" - Dillon O. - who was there with John and Shannon.

We helped Papa Bruce and Lorin greet guests in the hospitality suite.

All in all, we stayed for 2 hours and had a great time..  Then we decided that it was time to go home and play go fish.

Her peeps

You know it's a going to be a great day when the only thing on your schedule is:  "play with your peeps".

- Lily, age 7 months.

Boxing Day

Theresa and Lorin wanted to see Star Wars.  They could get tickets on the day after Christmas.  Logan and Lily came to our house while T and L went to the movie..

We kept everything low key after such an exciting Christmas Day.  For instance....

We played with Colorforms.  And showed them off to Lily (in Luna's lap, out of the photo).  Much to Lily's amusement.

We spent a lot of time cuddling.

Lucia and Logan went on a walk exploring the neighborhood.  We found a selfie-opp.  You have to look really really close.

We aren't really sure if Theresa and Lorin liked Star Wars.  But we had a great time.

Shameless

Some of my Christmas thank you notes have been very late this year.

I shamelessly used Lily to offset the lateness. I took photos of her "enjoying" the gift and included it in my thank you note.

Worked like a charm. Everyone loved the photos and didn't say anything like: it's about time!

Christmas (S)elfie

Another guest appearance in an L-fie.

For some reason, Bruce always looks terrific in photos with Logan.
